How do the member rates work?
Your member portal is connected to closed-user-group travel inventory — rates suppliers make available only to members of a program, not to the open web. That's why you'll often see prices below the public listings.
When does my cash back show up?
Pending cash back appears in your account about 24 hours after the purchase is confirmed. It unlocks once the brand approves it — pending periods vary by retailer, and travel takes longer because trips can still be changed or cancelled.
Who am I actually booking with?
You book through the travel platform inside your member account, directly with the brand. Your confirmation comes from the hotel, airline or rental company just like any other booking.
What can I do with my cash back?
